Sales Estimator - Metricon Homes Qld. This is a highly rewarding & challenging role located in our stunning Robina office on the Gold Coast. This pivotal Sales Estimator role is tasked with producing all sales estimates required to support the sales process from deposit to commencement of construction. Reporting to the Sales Estimator, your responsibilities will include: Completing all estimating requirements and documentation within budgeted timelines; Preparing and documenting specific estimates in accordance with the Metricon design and construction details; Calculating quantities and maintaining inventories for standard options to complement our product range, using Metricon’s Estimating Systems software; Setting prices based on supplier rates and margin schedules; and Liaising with a number of internal stakeholders including Sales, Designers and Purchasing teams.
