The Lead Electrician is responsible for specialist maintenance and commissioning of complex substation equipment in the Transmission and Distribution System. The successful candidate will lead a small team providing technical guidance and on-site coordination of planned work and trades, to deliver quality and timely service for our customers. You will be a good fit for this role if you have: Experience with safety and risk management systems Extensive experience in the maintenance and commissioning of high voltage transmission / distribution substation equipment Depth of knowledge and experience in primary plant and or secondary systems Proven leadership and project management capability The position deals with multiple stakeholders, therefore strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. We are seeking a candidate who works with a can-do attitude who can easily adapt to changing schedules, and continuously review and optimise their own time and that of their team. You will be a leader who can model great teamwork and a strong work ethic. Requirements: Electrical Trade Certificate & Electrical Workers Registration.
