Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Casual Childcare Workers to join our casual team. As a Casual Childcare Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of childcare centres across NSW, gaining valuable experience, and contributing to the growth and development of young minds. Key Responsibilities: Assist in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Monitor children's well-being and respond to their needs promptly. Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards Genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team. Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude. Flexibility to work across different childcare centres and adapt to various environments. Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or be willing to obtain.
