Your next opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration professional to join our team. Based in our Milton office, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our internal teams to ensure we are well placed to deliver on our commitments to our loyal customer group. Your day will involve: Maintenance of office administrative systems and data General administrative duties, including processing invoices, credit investigations and resolution of front-end systems updates Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders as required Update and maintain databases Reconciliation of transactions What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years experience providing administrative support to a team in a fast paced and complex environment. The ability to work effectively in a team, positively contributing to the team environment. Ability to work across multiple functions Understanding of invoice processes and reporting Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work people across all levels of the organisation Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office applications Attention to detail Experience in the construction industry (desirable) What’s on Offer?
