Full time hours CBD Location Attractive Salary 20 vacancies for a 6-month contract with one of the big four banks start immediately Your new company Hays is proud to be parting with one of the big four banks in their search for 20 Customer Service specialists to join their Hobart team on a 6-month contract, full-time hours. Your new role Working in a large inbound contact centre environment, you will be responsible for helping employees with internal service desk enquiries over the phone. Your duties and tasks: Managing the internal service desk Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating confidence and professionalism Multitask across systems, where required upholding multiple, quality conversations at a time Build rapport with customers, take accountability and drive positive customer outcomes, demonstrating excellent listening skills Resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently, referring complex financial needs to specialists as needed What you'll need to succeed You will have previous work experience in a customer service role and have excellent communication skills. Experience in a contact centre is advantageous. Working collaboratively in a team environment, you will be a resilient individual who is comfortable dealing with difficult customers. You must be able to start immediately or within 1 week's notice. What you'll get in return You will get an attractive casual hourly rate of $34.58 11% superannuation for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, and you'll be working full-time hours Monday to Friday in the Hobart CBD between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
