About the Role We are looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional support to individuals in Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation. You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment while also having the autonomy to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants. Responsibilities include assisting with personal health, fostering social connections, developing domestic skills and maintaining documentation.
