In this key role, you will support two Centre Managers with a range of administrative duties across their five neighbourhood shopping centres. You will have the flexibility to work onsite at Caddens Corner shopping centre in Kingswood or out of our Parramatta office one day a week. Here's a snapshot of your day; Support the Centre Managers with the day to day management of the shopping centre including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties. Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant and customer related queries Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owners and the tenants Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements and assist the Centre Managers with budgeting and forecasting.
