Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year. Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment. The ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school. About the role The successful applicant will ideally be a passionate, motivated and skilled educator who is committed to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child, every day, through our whole school approaches, explicit teaching and instructional strategies. As a teacher in Marble Bar PS you will be teaching in a multi-age group from years 4 to 6 of approximately 8 students and additionally supervise SIDE classes for years 8 to 11 of approximately 5 students.
