The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a large quantity of small building maintenance works to medium size hard service, fit out, refurbishments projects in Sydney, NSW. The successful applicant will have a solid understanding and skills in Sales, Tendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Procurement, Delivery, Site management, HSEQ, Finance and managing Client & Vendor relationships. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment Proven experience of running a P&L Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team Current Driver's licence and Car Recognised technical qualification in construction, BMS, HVAC, mechanical or electrical - Engineering background preferred Certificate III or trade qualification preferred Can we inspire you to join us?
