Create a safe and supportive environment to encourage learning and skill development Use innovating teaching methods to make swimming lessons exciting and enjoyable Provide constructive feedback and encouragement Desired Skills and Experience Desired Skill and Experience: Energetic, outgoing, and fun A flair for working with people Excellent customer service A passion for swimming and making everyone safe around the water Qualifications: No prior qualifications are necessary; we will cover the cost of obtaining the SISSS00132 Swimming and Water Safety Teacher qualification.
