Located in Hoxton Park, the purpose of this position is to provide support to the daily operations of a large transport company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of warehousing processes, possess a high level of IT and computer skills and be prepared to work within a dynamic and collaborative team Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.30pm Hoxton park Location Free, secure on site parking $34.60 per hour casual rate Potential to lead to permanency immediate start Responsibilities: Data entry Pallet documenting Ensure company systems are updated and kept with accuracy Daily scanning, filing, and archiving of relevant documents Provide support to any document requests internally and externally Respond and assist with any queries relating to responsibilities Provide support to reporting manager Liaise with team to ensure Pallets are managed within the Company's guidelines Provide administrative support to allocations office Discover operational inefficiencies and report to manager to improve service level Qualifications and Skills Required: Ability to build effective relationships, internally and externally Prior production planning would be ideal Excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills Ability meet deadlines and handle pressure / customer demands Self-managed, motivated, and energetic Ability interact with different levels of management Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills Computer skills desirable: ability to use the computer for transport related systems and Microsoft applications such as Office 365, Excel & Word Ability to work under pressure and still produce results Ability to be agile and flexible If you believe you meet the bulk of the above criteria, please "apply now" or email Hannah Limond at hlimondlpcommercial.com.au for more information LP Consulting Services | https://www.labourpower.com/labourpower-consulting-services
