Events Administrator permanent role for an Events Agency based in Melbourne on a salary of $55k - $65k plus super. Position Terms: Full-Time Permanent Role, 50/50 hybrid working Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 plus super depending on experience The Role: The Events Administrator will report to an Event Manager. The Events Administrator will be responsible for supporting the events team to deliver high quality in-person, hybrid and virtual events. As the Events Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to multiple events at any one time, providing creative ideas, detailed end to end planning and outstanding customer service. You will develop and maintain supportive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively demonstrate a commitment to the values and vision of the Agency. Key Responsibilities include; Support the smooth running of the office by taking and distributing meeting minutes Support the event planning via budget administration Assist in the end to end event planning, coordination and production of online and in person client events in consultation with various Event Managers and Event Coordinators Provide administrative assistance with registration, ticketing and record keeping for events Support the team to deliver high quality events by researching, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers regarding event resources Any other administrative duties that may be assigned by the director/s Provide on the day event coordination and technical support for in person events Provide technical support and coordination for online events Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and any other stakeholders Support the Event team with developing communication and marketing materials to promote events The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and have a passion for events. Experience working in events is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and is a strong team player.
