Legal Office Executive Assistant & Office Manager Fixed Term (9 April 2024 – 25 October 2024) Full Time (76 hours per fortnight) Managers and Administrative Worker Grade 3 The Alfred Hospital The Department Alfred Health’s comprises six staff – a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, three Legal Counsel, and an Executive Assistant. The Legal Office provides advice and assistance to the organisation and its staff on a range of corporate, commercial and medico-legal issues. The Role This position will provide office management and administrative support to the General Counsel and the legal team. The role also involves management and maintenance of Alfred Health’s contract execution and database, and management of Alfred Health’s patients’ belongings, Alfred Health property and business travel insurance claims, as well as management and maintenance of patient valuables. You will be highly organised and a skilled communicator with a strong customer focus, and able to balance competing demands to meet Alfred Health’s corporate and administrative needs.
