Customer Service Consultant — South Melbourne, Port Phillip

We are seeking a motivated health & customer-focused individual to join a small, close-knit Customer Service & Technical Support team. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated health and customer-focused individual to join a close-knit Customer Service team the stunning South Melbourne office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries over the phone and via email. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging deliveries and installations and acting as a point of contact for contractors.
