Permanent Full-Time positions Based in Sydney or Melbourne Hybrid Working - 2 Days in the Office/3 Days from Home The Role The Graphic designer is accountable for creating marketing materials to promote and support all the businesses, products, and services of the Insignia Financial Group. This role helps our clients by translating complex information presented by our brands into easily digestible and visually appealing designs and enhancing the overall brand experience. This is a great role to share your creative ideas and drive and inspire with your passion for design. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality, engaging graphics and apply expert knowledge of layout principles and typography to create various communications such as brochures, product disclosure documents, reports, forms, presentations Work within brand guidelines to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing, product, and event collateral Create complex digital forms and interactive PDFs Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and support as needed Organise and maintain a comprehensive library of digital assets, templates, and style guides to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure consistency across projects Assist with PowerPoint presentation design Guide and advise clients on brand-related queries and ensure brand consistency is maintained Perform simple video editing tasks and create basic animations and motion graphic To be successful in this role you will possess: Solid experience working inhouse or agency Extensive experience in Adobe CC applications on a Mac platform Experience in print, web, eDM and social media design Strong layout, typography, and attention to detail is essential Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills An innovative, curious, growth mindset Ability to influence and sell ideas and recommendations with confidence Tertiary qualification in graphic design or visual communication Benefits Development opportunities at an ASX top 200 company A professional, supportive and friendly culture A range of corporate and lifestyle benefits The Business Insignia Financial is one of Australia's leading wealth management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation.
