Description Duties Include: Process in coming parts inquiries, via email, phone and face to face. Prepare customer quotations for spare parts and enter all details into the system Provide effective and efficient customer service Manage and maintain records, purchase orders, quotes and warranty queries Liaise with other departments as costing updates are required and ensure customers are kept up to date on their orders.
