Join our team and help us make a positive impact on our government initiatives About the role: full-time positions across Canberra Salary rate: $40-$58 upon experience Super Temp contracts durations & extension opportunities Hybrid environments (on-site and WFH) Most jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport Easy to fill timesheet, on-time weekly payment, and option for Real-Time Remuneration Responsibilities: As Project Administrator in the Federal Government, you are responsible for overseeing and managing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. Some of the key roles and responsibilities may include but not limited to: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the project's progress. Facilitating communication between all stakeholders involved in the project, including project team members, management, and external partners. Coordinating and allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently. Preparing reports on project progress, including financial reports, progress reports, and other documentation as required by the organization. Engaging and managing stakeholders, including providing regular updates and addressing concerns or issues that arise during the project. Overall, as Project Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Federal Government by managing and coordinating project activities and resources, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to identify and solve problems, develop solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software and tools. Must have Security Clearance.
