About the Role: Davies Stewart is partnering with their client who works in the not for profit sector to find a Human Resources Administrator. This role is a short term contract which will last for 5 weeks, with the role being located near the Adelaide Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who might be in between roles or for someone looking to gain further experience in the Human Resources Field. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience and be someone who has excellent organisation and administration skills. Culture & Benefits: Immediate start Full-time position Adelaide location Supportive and collaborative team Duties: Support People and Culture Coordinators in ensuring all on-boarding documentation is sent and received as appropriate to relevant vacancies. Ensure all Performance Development Review (PRD) documents are sent, completed returned and returned according to defined deadlines whilst also ensuring associated documentation is filed appropriately. Support People and Culture Coordinators in the preparation and delivery of inductions and orientations. Actively follow up, record and report on the exit interview process and associated data. Actively support the development and implementation of People and Culture initiatives, policies, procedures, and projects. Assist with the coordination of training and development requests, requirements and associated paperwork. Assist with the preparation of HR reporting, including quarterly reports, ELT, and Board reports. Assist with the preparation, delivery and maintenance of Workforce Planning reporting requirements. Ensure the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data and system management is accurate and update to date in line with P&C procedures, policies, and guidelines. Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar HR administrative role including recruitment support. Exceptional customer service skills (internal and external) with a passion for continuous improvement. Technologically savvy with advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks. High level of interpersonal skills and ability to build networks. High levels of verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with a wide variety of people. Professional presentation and conduct. Experience working in a fast-paced work environment during period of organisational growth and change. Strong understanding of respect for and adherence to confidentiality and integrity principles.
