The glue of the company, you will be undertaking a variety of duties to support a fast paced and growing business. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and grow within the business. You will be; Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including entering and paying invoices, processing receipts Undertaking Reception duties Logging tradesmens hours The First Point of contact within the office You will have; 2 years Office Administration experience A friendly, positive attitude Experience with Accounts payable preferable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written communication Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and support all areas of the business Be organised and flexible Be a permanent resident of Australia/citizen Benefits; Working across 2 businesses, you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role You will work closely with the accountant and have the opportunity to develop with the company.
