This organisation is seeking an organised and outgoing Sales Administrator Your new company Hays is proud to be partnered with a reputable organisation to join a team of sales administrators. Your new role You will be responsible for the ongoing sales support, account management and business development of existing clients, as well as identifying and creating new sales opportunities for growth. Other duties will include: Working with the sales team to prepare new sales quotes, preparation of client proposals and admin duties Placing and tracking orders with suppliers and customers to ensure deadlines are met Manage ad-hoc sales queries and customer enquiries generated by account portfolio and prospective clients (web enquiries, phone enquiries etc) Account Management of existing clients Liaise with internal staff and provide support and assistance with reporting and projects What you'll need to succeed Previous administration experience Strong customer service skills High level attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Professional presentation Positive attitude What you'll get in return You will get the opportunity to work in a welcoming organisation on a permanent basis.
