THE ROLE We are seeking an easy-going, organised, proactive, and collaborative sales extraordinaire. The Sales Manager will oversee the strategic sales process, balancing on and off-site sales activities. Responsibilities include: Drive sales performance and strategy to meet targets through effective sales process management. Uphold high customer service standards, ensuring satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution. Utilise FMCG expertise to optimise sales processes, product placement, and market expansion in line with sales and marketing goals. Employ strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build networks, foster stakeholder relations, and secure partnerships. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel for relationship building and market exploration. Maintain organised and digitally savvy sales management for efficient decision-making. Proactively engage in contract tenders to seize growth opportunities. Analyse market trends to identify innovation opportunities and collaborate with R&D for new product launches. Develop strategic plans, presenting concise reports to upper management and collaborating cross-functionally for aligned business goals.
