About the role: Are you an approachable and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We're seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of CSR. Key Accountabilities: First point of contact for all visitors at Head Office.Monitoring and addressing all enquiries via phone and email.Maintain all Building Services documentation including contractor certifications/licences.Head Office parking coordination and reporting.Maintain all office consumables.Monitoring of Head Office security systems along with programming and issuing staff security cards/access.Manage the coordination of contractors for office upgrades/maintenance as well as liaise with facilities team for all workstation service requests.Building Services invoice and purchase order processing via SAP.Role model in all CSR Behaviours. About You: Experience in a comparable position.Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.Strong problem-solving skills.Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Proficiency in managing stakeholders effectively.Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Prior experience with SAP is advantageous.
