About Us ETO is an innovative Restaurant and Bars partnership between culinary visionary Matthew Butcher, Salter Brothers & IHG Hotels. We have three venues at Crowne Plaza Melbourne: Ottie's, Dive Bar and Pow Wow. Your Day to Day We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to spearhead the operations of our three venues. Reporting directly to the Restaurants & Bars Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of our dining and beverage services. This position requires a proactive leader who can inspire and motivate teams to consistently deliver outstanding service. Qualifications & Requirements: Operational Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-venue operations within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. Proven track record of implementing efficient operational processes to drive productivity and profitability. Business Acumen: Refined business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization strategies. Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions to achieve business objectives. Leadership Experience: Extensive leadership experience with a strong focus on team development and empowerment. Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. Track record of fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional growth. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Results-Oriented: Passion for delivering results and exceeding targets. Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex relationships with key stakeholders, both onsite and remote. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Legal Compliance: Hold a VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and other relevant legislation. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements to maintain the integrity and reputation of the venues. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the business.
