Primary Responsibilities Responsible for the design and development of interior architecture, planning and sequencing. Create construction documentation of the building interior and coordinate the consultant team to address the client brief and to satisfy HDR objectives. Key Accountabilities We will count on you to deliver outcomes in the following key areas: Interpret and define client brief and develop reverse brief where required Concept and scheme design, design development and construction detailing of the building interior. Produce high quality professional presentation material such as reports, perspectives, sample boards and story boards. Assist the Design Leader in client presentations, workshops, and user groups. Contract documentation – produce technical drawings, specifications, and schedules of the building interior. Ensure interior design selections and detailing are within the project budget allowance. Assist with services coordination during construction activities for the building interior. Participate in design and documentation reviews relating to the building interior. Liaise with Consultants to drive, coordinate and integrate their work and ensure compliance with the brief and the design concept of the building interior. Liaise with external regulatory bodies to ensure certification of building works for the building interior. Ensure compliance with statutory codes, standards, technical requirements and DDA compliance.
