THE ROLE As the Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our client, providing the first and lasting impression to the valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Greeting and Attitude: Welcoming clients with a warm and positive attitude, making them feel valued and cared for. Phone and Email Inquiries: Handling incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information and assistance to inquiries. Managing Multiple Tasks: Juggling various tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth office operations. Schedule appointments: Liaising with customers to schedule appointments and maintaining calendar appointments. Learning and Growth: Eagerly adapting to new processes and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's success. ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you should possess the following: Previous receptionist or customer service experience is essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Eagerness to learn about our diverse range of products and services.
