Responsible for effectively performing the administrative duties within the department, you will work as part of a fast-paced team that works cooperatively, sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer. Ensuring Hospital standard policies, processes and documentation are successfully implemented and consistently complied with; Providing a high level of customer service directly to our patients attending the reception desk, directing visitors and handling all incoming communication, phone calls, emails and fax enquiries. Assist with diary bookings, and enquiries for consultants. Assist with administrative functions, ensuring required documentation of daily tasks for accurate handovers. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry. You will be a proactive professional with a tight attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the workday.
