Bar Supervisor - Come pour with us at Chiswick — Woollahra, Eastern Suburbs

With many ingredients grown outside the window in perhaps the suburb's only kitchen garden, our menu is alive to the seasons, always ripe with elegant simplicity and perfect for sharing. A local favourite, Chiswick is Matt Moran's philosophy of honest produce, artful cooking and warm atmosphere brought to life. Matt Moran works closely with Head Chef, Daniel Cooper to develop the seasonal menus based on what's growing the garden. An avid supporter of inspirational local and regional producers, he believes the unique stories of growers and farmers makes eating so much more special. Chiswick’s beverage list is bursting with fresh seasonal flavours, for our guests to sip and savour including a handpicked list of seasonal cocktails, spritzes and alcohol free cocktails. Our Head Sommelier, Georgie has curated a thoughtful list of sustainable, elegant drops from the country’s top producers. Each drop is clean, creative and celebrates the fruit free from intervention, an approach we take with everything we plate and pour at Chiswick. Come pour, sling and garnish with us at Chiswick.
