The Opportunity: Visy began manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes in Melbourne, Australia, in 1948 and has grown to become one of the world’s leading privately owned packaging, paper and recycling companies. Having maintained a huge market share, we are certainly leading the way. This role with Visy Board can be based out of one of Coolaroo. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure seamless order management whilst exuding exceptional customer support. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, addressing order-related inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in achieving positive outcomes for our customers. Your key areas you will be responsible for will be but not limited to: Manage day to day customer requests Provide daily order updates to allocated key accounts, keeping customers informed about order statuses, expected delivery times, and any relevant changes. Serve as the primary internal contact for all order-related issues, addressing customer concerns promptly and efficiently. Assist the customer service team during peak periods or when team members are away, ensuring continuous coverage and maintaining high service standards Support the New Work Department as needed, aiding in smooth on boarding of new products and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
