As relief you will have the opportunity to experience different houses and work with a variety of customers, while aligning your shifts with your availability. About the Role Provide active support focusing on maximising engagement and participation in the customer’s daily life Support customers with their daily living needs - such as cleaning, washing, ironing, meal planning, meal preparation, cooking and personal administration (e.g. shopping, banking, paying bills) Support customers with their personal care needs, such as bathing, showering, toileting, dressing and grooming Promote community inclusion by taking the customers to appointments and activities, supporting them in connecting with family and friends Undertake report writing, shifts notes, incident reports and advocate for the customer What we are looking for Reliable, passionate and committed to meeting customer needs and supporting them to achieve their potential Well-rounded communication skills that are adaptable to varied personalities and abilities Strong focus on maintaining customer wellbeing and freedom of choice A Certificate III or IV in a caring discipline is desirable All successful candidates will need to have the following to be successful: To ensure the best match we ask that you can commit to minimum of 4 shifts per week.
