ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our Sydney Warehouse, located in Alexandria. In this position, you will be responsible for checking purchase orders and processing invoices in a timely manner. This role will also involve driving a company van and making deliveries to our Sydney Downtown Store, covering approximately 15 km. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Checking accuracy of delivered goods and timely goods receipting. Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Ensuring the system is updated for stock movements in and out of warehouse. Invoice processing Liaising with merchandise, inventory, compliance and marketing teams as required Responsible for warehouse management systems order processing. Working with Compliance team with regards to customs and international freight Unloading/loading of van and making deliveries to our store ABOUT YOU Essential: Previous administrative and logistic experience Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook Demonstrable ability to manage competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic to intermediate level problems Very high level of attention to detail Valid driver licence with a clean driving record Physically fit & comfortable with manual handling Desirable: Experience in using Warehouse management systems is highly regarded A current forklift license is advantageous or willing to obtain Experience working in a "bonded" warehouse Knowledge/experience of retail operations WHY JOIN LOTTE DUTY FREE Competitive salary Team discount & Lotte "Perks" program Free parking On-Site Safe, diverse and inclusive work environment with supportive culture Work-life balance HOURS Full time permanent position - 76 hours fortnightly Monday to Friday position Alexandria location, NSW, 2015 Standard hours of operations are 7:00am to 3:00pm Immediate start preferred Please note that the successful candidate will need to go through our Customs and Police Clearance process.
