Your New Role Provide exemplary social work service in the general medicine wards including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning. Utilise your skills and knowledge in relation to relevant community providers, communicating between patients and caregivers. Demonstrate excellent communication strategies with patients, relatives, staff, and relevant services in order to provide appropriate services and information. Enjoy the support and guidance of professional supervision, to further develop your skills and achieve your career goals. About You You have demonstrated hospital experience with a collaborative working style You have excellent communication skills and a passion for continued professional development for yourself and others. You are a qualified Social Worker, eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers with at least 4 years’ experience. You value working with supportive and dedicated health professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
