About the Role We are actively looking for vibrant and confident Receptionists, focused on delivering outstanding customer service across all aspects of Hospital Reception. You will be available to work shifts between 6AM to 8PM. Duties include: Diverse Administrative/Reception Duties: Take charge of efficiently managing administrative/reception tasks across the department, ensuring seamless coverage where required. Patient-centric Approach: Provide an exceptional level of customer service directly to our valued patients. Medical Terminology qualifications will be highly regarded but not mandatory. Dynamic Work Environment: Thrive in a role that offers engagement across diverse administrative responsibilities and interaction with patients and a wide variety of Specialist. Strong computer skills. Your profile: In order to excel in this position, you should possess a strong administrative background with a familiarity in the healthcare industry. Additionally, you will bring; Positive Customer Service Skills: Display a welcoming and positive approach to customer service. Medical Administration Experience: Prior experience in administration within a medical setting is essential. Familiarity with Patient Management Systems: Proficiency with patient management system especially Meditech, will be highly valued. Computer proficiency: Showcase strong computer skills, particularly with a solid understanding of the MS Office suite. Relevant Administrative Qualifications: Any pertinent administrative qualifications will be viewed with high regards, enhancing your suitability for the role. Remuneration On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $27.90 casual loading superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
