Job Title Receptionist Summary Fantastic opportunity for customer service and administration professional to join us on a newly won contract Job Description About the role: The role of Receptionist will work closely with the Client Services Manager in the organization & coordination of building support operations & procedures, ensuring we are providing a high-quality service when greeting clients both in person and over the phone. Role responsibilities will include: To assist the Client Services Manager in managing the day to day delivery of contract requirements, including reception, & procurement activities. To assist the Client Services Manager in managing the use of the facilities, including conference & meeting rooms etc. Ensure the reception area is professionally maintained and clients are dealt with proficiently and to the standards expected within the contract. Build & maintain relationships with building management, tenants & their clients; Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence in the correct About You: Demonstrable evidence of outstanding customer service & interpersonal skills; Previous experience working in an office administration role. Ability to work under pressure and priorities task appropriately Experience working in a front of house reception. Experience in Online booking systems (desirable) Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
