$75k Super On-site location based in Macquarie Park Previous experience in Telco is preferred WOW Recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist for our client in Macquarie Park, specialising in Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and mobile communications. They collaborate with leading smart-living brands worldwide and top local Telco service providers to offer the best solutions to the market. You will be part of a talented team with an entrepreneurial mindset that challenges the status quo and works with valued partners across the globe. The Role: Manage tickets, escalations, and complex enquiries from customers. Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, process documents, knowledge based articles and troubleshooting guides. Assist in day-to-day operations of the customer service team ensuring agreed KPIs and standards are met. Build an inspiring and motivated team empowered to deliver exceptional customer outcomes on every interaction. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience solutions/provide feedback. Liaise with offshore team based in the Philippines. About you: Telco or IT experience is highly regarded. L2 experience is ideal. 2 years experience in a phone based, customer support environment. Ability to break down complex technical and account information into easy to follow, non-technical information for customers.
