The role itself This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of quality administration, customer service and reception services to customers, ensuring the unique needs of customers are recorded accurately and all aspects of service are delivered in alignment with policies, procedures and specific customer agreements. As the face of the business the Receptionist engages directly with customers and prospective customers consistently presenting with a high level of professionalism and promoting the services available.
