What we are seeking: Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Stay informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history to effectively communicate with clients and enhance their shopping experience. Book one on one client appointments for the Bespoke Atelier, providing personalized recommendations based on their individual preferences and style, and bespoke tailoring services. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all clientele. Maintain the high levels of organization within the store, including merchandise displays and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. About you: Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in menswear, with a strong understanding of high-end sales. Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail, with a demonstrated ability to stay updated on industry trends and brand knowledge. Previous experience in men's tailoring is highly favourable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Proven sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
