Job Description Seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to lead our sales and business development team in driving revenue growth through the exploration of new business opportunities in Australia & New Zealand. Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Develop a comprehensive business strategy aimed at driving focused revenue growth, incorporating the utilization of digital marketing resources, exploring new markets, and identifying additional revenue streams. To actively grow the client base through interaction with (primarily) new clients with sales teams. Manage, mentor and develop a team of highly driven sales. Manage all tender documentation through to presentation stage and contract negotiations in line with SGS Bid management processes. Ensure contracts with customers and suppliers are in place and meet with SGS Legal Guidelines. Analyse and report on the business performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Using CRM to report on sales pipeline activity Ensure the delivery of results and agreed services on time and with full customer satisfaction. Ensure customer complaints are followed up and corrective actions raised and resolve
