The role: Reporting in to the Clubhouse Operations Manager you will be the hub of information for the Club and be responsible for creating a seamless member experience at the front desk and delivering exceptional service levels. This is a part-time role offering 20-25 hours a week , requiring flexible availability to work during the week, on weekends and public holidays (rotating roster) with shifts ranging from 5.30am starts to 9.30pm finishes. Key tasks include: Deliver the highest standard of service experience to members and their guests Ensure the Club’s rules and regulations are adhered to including enforcing the dress regulations Assist members and guests with all enquiries in a professional manner in a timely manner Organise bookings for accommodation and confirm accommodation request prior to check in Perform check ins and check outs for members who are staying in the accommodation rooms Remain up to date at all times with the day’s meetings, fixtures and upcoming events in the Green Book Order taxis/ubers for members and guests as required Assist members and guests with purchases in the Cellar Door, and other Reception based retail initiatives Organise bookings for Dining Room/Club Bar What does the Club need from me? Minimum 1 year experience in either a Reception or admin related role Demonstrate a passion for customer service Demonstrated high levels of organisation, time management skills and composure under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Have intermediate computer skills including word, excel and outlook programs Have customer service and front desk experience Be available to work flexible hours, this includes morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidays Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other staff Work with us Staff wellbeing program which includes free exercise classes for staff in our state-of-the-art fitness facilities, access to staff golf lessons and tennis clinics and access to an Employee Assistance Program Staff fund/bonus at year end 17.5% loading on Annual Leave and Special Recreation Leave Uniforms provided plus uniform allowance of $4.68 per shift Daily staff meals 20% discount on purchases (wine, sporting goods from our retail store) 15% discount on TFE hotel or apartment bookings across Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
