Based at the front Reception Desk, reporting to the EA/Office Manager, you will welcome visitors, guests, and employees alike in a professional and courteous manor, via phone and face to face interaction and provide traditional Reception, concierge duties along with a variety of administration duties. Your passion to deliver exceptional customer service coupled with a genuine willingness to assist others and your personable approach, will aid in your success. Your days will include; Meet & Greet visitors & employees with a warm, professional welcome Answer, screen, direct and announce all incoming reception phone calls via MS Teams Order and maintain sufficient supplies of stationery and other office supplies Assisting with the operation of the meeting rooms and common areas including kitchen, ensuring they are well maintained, clean and available for use Coordinating the receipt and delivery of mail, couriers, deliveries General office and administrative duties as required Organising catering and assisting with office functions and events, as required The ideal applicant will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and a proactive approach, in addition to; Min 3 years’ experience in a similar busy professional corporate reception position Willingness to help others with a “can do” approach Be proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Demonstrated experience in an administrative position Ability to quickly develop rapport with guests and visitors Ability to manage own workload and competing priorities in a calm manner Able to provide evidence of Covid19 immunisations Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.
