This role will require working in a high-volume environment which is busy and fast paced. Your daily tasks will include: Taking inbound phone calls in a call centre environment – supporting the internal employees with tech related queries Training provided (3 week programme) Hours – 8 hour shifts 7am – 7pm (flexibility with the shifts) Office based work – 5 days a week What skills/experience do you need? You have prior experience within customer service or processing role with a strong customer focus and a sense of urgency to meet customer expectations in short time frames. Even better if you have Banking/Finance experience in a call centre/contact centre environment Interested in technology and tech savvy Friendly/engaging personality Would be interested in a long term career in tech Strong communication skills - both written and oral Great attention to detail The ability to work well under pressure and with high volumes of workload Sounds great How do I apply?
