Key Responsibilities: Offer a warm and professional welcome to all clients and visitors. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate meeting schedules and ensure meeting spaces are prepared. Support the team through various administrative tasks. Who We're Looking For: An individual with proven reception or front office experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and with office management software and procedures. Stellar communication skills. Organisational prowess, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. A warm, approachable personality, and resilience under pressure.
