Shangri-La Sydney is looking for skilled and experienced Bartender to join the Blu Bar team on Level 36 of Shangri-La Sydney As a bartender you will: Have a passion for creating finely crafted cocktails and keeping up to date with the latest mixology trends. Efficiently maintain high standards of service while operating in a fun environment You must have a passion to always deliver on our promise to do good and create colorful moments of joy Driven to reach goals whilst be rewarded with generous gratuities Be systems savvy Conducts both internal and external cocktail classes when requested by Bar Manager or Supervisor Be knowledgeable of the hotel liquor licensing guidelines and handle RSA issues that may arise on shift and be supported in your decisions.
