The opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Call Centre & Vendor Maintenance Officer to join our Accounts Payable team based at our Melbourne Head Office. This position involves a high level of cooperation between the supplier, warehouses and other staff members within Symbion Pty Ltd to deliver excellence in service in all areas. What you will do: Manage incoming calls and emails from suppliers Investigate issues and resolve promptly Escalation procedures are followed promptly Communicating effectively with various areas of the business Ensuring supplier queries are actioned promptly Vendor Master file is maintained efficiently Maintaining shared AP mailboxes Reconciling supplier statements What we are looking for: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role Excellent communication skills Great customer service Exposure to a large ERP system Attention to details and ability to focus on tasks at hand Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume environment Effective time management skill Why us?
