About the role We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our fixed camp located in Emerald - Pritchard Road. Pritchard Road Country Resort is perfectly located for people working in the nearby coalfields, and tourists visiting Emerald’s gemfields. We provide top level customer service and support to our clients and guests, and we are looking for a reliable admin to join our fast-paced team in ensuring our facilities meet that standard. Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to various departments within the organization. The Administrator will be the go-to person for all administrative needs and will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain administrative tasks such as scheduling bookings, managing internal and external correspondence (via phone/email) Maintain the front desk/reception for Pritchard Road Resort Accommodation management system - bookings and check-ins Provide support to various departments within the organization, including HR, finance, and operations Ensure smooth operations our residents and employees Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper-based Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Perform other duties as assigned by management The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role (1-2 years minimum) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of RMS system preferred but not essential Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Seeking immediate hire, so if this sounds like you or you would like to know more, click APPLY and submit your CV and our recruitment team will be in touch Alternatively, if you would like to know more about this position, please contact HRvillagenational.com.au Village National is committed to establishing a workplace culture where candidates and employees are treated fairly and with respect and dignity.
