About the Role Ongoing part time - 32 hours per week OR Casual roles available Night duty and day shifts available, please specify in your cover letter if you have a preference. The primary objective of the Health Care Worker role is to provide the best care to the consumer. The Health Care Worker is a part of a wide care team that ensures the care delivered is individualised to each consumers preference and assists the consumer living the life they choose. About You Minimum qualifications: Certificate III or IV Age Care/Home and Community Care including RTO approved Medication module Key Selection Criteria (essential): Experience in providing care to frail, aged people Ability to effectively identify and problem solve Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards Ability to work as part of a team Well developed communication skills Desirable (non-essential): Understanding of documentation requirements and ability to complete residential documentation requirements Established digital literacy skills About Us Moyne Health Services is a public, not for profit, integrated healthcare service that helps meet community healthcare needs in Port Fairy and surrounding districts in the Moyne Shire.
