3 month temporary contract to see you past the Christmas break, with potential of extension based Troocoo are partnering with a leading player in the automotive insurance industry who are seeking a Customer Service Support Officer to join their team, in one of their local offices located NorthWest of Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large business on a 3 month temporary contract with possibility to extend, Monday to Friday 7am-3pm or 8am -4pm, located close to public transport or limited onsite parking available. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Support Officer, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to assessment of vehicles and the damage. Your role will play a crucial part in streamlining the assessment process, reducing the duration of the process for customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Excellent customer service via the phone, email and in person Maintain proactive communication with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their services. Communicate professionally with operators and vendors to ensure a mutual understanding of next steps. Scheduling of booking vehicles in to repairs and liaising with mechanics and the customer Following up with dissatisfied customers and complaint handling Effectively manage all aspects of services throughout the fulfillment process, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, administrative duties, and support for various teams.
