Your opportunity to join our team In this role you will be supporting our Maintenance team in attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery in a timely manner. We are looking for an experienced electrician to cover a Monday to Friday afternoon roster in order to support the team. Benefits Immediate start - No experience required, on the job training provided Onsite Parking Great employee benefits including product discounts, travel discounts more Great job security with an ASX listed and stable company The health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our highest priority Fast paced and team focused environment Consistent hours provided weekly Daily Tasks: Attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery in a timely manner Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve unplanned downtime Assisting in developing and introduction maintenance programs to support all internal stakeholders Ensure the execution of safety standards and quality assurance practices into all repairs and maintenance activities Identifying and escalating Animal Welfare, Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks. To be successful in this role, you will need: Queensland Electrical license Experience in installations, fault finding, repairs and maintenance on processing equipment in the food industry Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships, communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders An active problem solver and quick thinker to ensure that issues are resolved effectively and efficiently Proven skills in the areas of attention to detail, information processing and problem solving with the ability to multitask Sound ability to interrogate automated applications, processing machinery and equipment PLC, VSD, safety circuits, control system and machine safety experience Ability to identify and introduce improvements in maintenance practices and plant performance Experience with Maximo or similar maintenance program as a CMMS would be an advantage We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
