Scope Management Time Management (programme) in Primavera P6 or MS Project Cost Management working with the tender quote sheet, engaging suppliers, monitoring their invoicing, etc Quality Management Overseeing the QA Manager Human Resources Management Communications Management internal reporting and your communication and relationship with the client and client reps are most important.
