We have a newly created opportunity to join a professional audio-visual company to support some of Australia’s largest networked audio installations. You will work in a great team and will receive extensive training and support. The office is located in Stanmore and you will be able to work in a hybrid manner with a few days in the office and a few days at home. You will need a Driver's license you will attend client sites on an ongoing basis. The right person for this role will be a motivated individual who is a team player and will be delivering up to a Level 3 IT Network/ Technical Product Support to all Australian customers. Role responsibilities: Support our nationwide team by; Work within a team of audio and networking specialists to provide customers with product and network technical support Providing technical support for a range of hardware and software A/V products Install, configure, and troubleshoot A/V IT networks, software, products and operating systems Key qualities required are: A qualification in IT / Communications including a CCNA or similar Commercial experience in a similar roles including TCP/IP routing and switching, VLAN, VoIP, IGMP/Multicast, QoS, ACL, DHCP, DNS, WIRESHARK, firewalls & Network services topologies Advanced troubleshooting skills including using tools such as RDP, TeamViewer, VPN, Firewalls, Hyper-V, VMware etc. Experience in configuring network security devices and policies Australian Driver's License Good understanding of Audio Visual technologies - preferred Great interpersonal skills – comfortable working with others Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility in your role Desire and willingness to learn new technologies, achieve, and deliver results Anyone with Audio Qualifications from JMC Academy or similar are warmly encouraged to apply.
