With a portfolio of projects across Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast, they offer a range of opportunities to suite various residential locations and encourage applications from the broader SEQ catchment. You will join established project teams, highlighted by long-serving Project Managers and Regional Construction Managers, and will apply your skills to a range of master planned communities and major urban development projects. To be considered for this role you should possess: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with at least 3 years’ experience on Australian civil construction projects. Experience on earthworks, drainage and pavement works essential. Excellent planning, contract administration, cost management and budgeting skills Ability to identify and communicate issues before they escalate. Strong commitment to exceeding health, safety, and environmental compliance. Ability to build rapport with site staff to ensure mutual awareness (and performance) of production targets. Strong relationship management capabilities with both internal staff, client representatives and design consultants.
